[Features] ♦A TYPE oil seal it is most frequently used for rotation. It is commonly used alone when placing it on one side of the object.  ♦AC/AD ◊Indication of the use limit ◊peripheral speed: 12m / sec   ◊Pressure: MAX: 0.03MPa 
◊outer circumference AC (metal) AD (rubber) ♦ACS1/ADS1 is used as a seal for the breakdown voltage and designed to deform the lip due to the pressure reduction. ◊Indication of the use limit ◊peripheral speed: 5m / sec ◊Pressure MAX: 0.5MPa ♦ADS2  incorporates a reinforcing ring on the back side of the AC/AD-type. It has been widely adopted when a large size seal is required (more than an outer diameter of 150 mm). Sealing performance is the same as AC, and AD-type basic model. ♦K TYPE is generally used as a grease seal, also used for auxiliary (dust seal) in combination with other A-type oil seal. In addition, if the space where you plan to seal something is limited, or in order to reduce the torque, K type is also appropriate, but can not be used for very difficult sealing.  ◊Indication of the use limit ◊peripheral speed: 8m / sec  ◊pressure: 0MPa  ◊outer periphery KD (metal) KE (rubber) ♦KDS-1/KES-1 To seal the grease from the inside, you can at the same time seal the dust from the outside. It can not be used in difficult sealing or with K type basic model. ◊Indication of the use limit ◊peripheral speed: 5m / sec  ◊pressure: 0MPa ♦S TYPE generally shaft seal with different housing in the inner surface. The outer periphery of the lip is sealed by sliding, the seal body is fitted to the shaft. Please use only if you want to deny a seal specifically designed for the axis. ◊Indication of the use limit ◊circumferential speed: 6m / sec ◊Pressure MAX: 0.03MPa  ◊inside diameter (fitting part) SC (metal) SD (rubber) ♦M TYPE is used for felt groove. Commonly used as grease and dust seal. ♦MUD-5/MUD-8 seal with axis are often used in the bearing unit of tillers, construction machinery working under adverse conditions of  muddy waterand sand, etc. ◊Indication of the use limit ◊peripheral speed: 3m / sec  ◊Pressure: MAX: 0.03MPa ♦U TYPE is used particularly when there is a need to eliminate dust from the outside. It has been widely used for rotation as A-type. ♦UD/UE ◊Indication of the use limit ◊peripheral speed: 10m / sec  ◊Pressure: MAX: 0.03MPa

It is used to prevent particules and things coming from the outside. ◊ indication of the use limit ◊peripheral speed: MAX: 5m / sec  ◊Pressure: MAX: 0.5MPa ♦UDS-3/UES-3 is used as grease in the middle of the lip, to insert the axis on rigid dust side, or to temporarily cut off the oil. Performance is the same as the U TYPE basic model. ♦UDS-4/UES-4 reduce  variations ocaused by the reciprocating motion in a sliding seal. ◊ indication of the use limit ◊sliding speed: 0.3m / sec ◊Pressure: MAX: 0.5MPa ♦UDS-4/UES-4 has the same characteristics as the UE and UES-3 type. 	NBR for Gasoline	With superior oil resistance,wear resistance,gasoline resistance better than the normal type. Application temperature: -25 ℃ ~ + 120 ℃
	NBR for Cold	Have excellent performance particularly in low-temperature properties. Application temperature: -40 ℃ ~ + 100 ℃
	NBR for Food	According to Food Sanitation Law,Food Additive Standards (Ministry of Health and Welfare Notification No. 370),compatible with the materials such as rubber equipment,containers or packaging (Ministry of Health and Welfare Notification No. 85). Application temperature: -30 ℃ ~ + 100 ℃
MZ rubber hydrogenated nitrile rubber	HNBR	A synthetic rubber with heat, cold resistance, deterioration gasoline resistance, stability to various lubricating oil additives, with mechanical strength, ozone&wear resistance. Application temperature: -40 ℃ ~ + 170 ℃
Fluorine-containing rubber	FKM	Particularly with excellent acid resistance, solvent resistance,heat resistance,wide range of use. Application temperature: -20 ℃ ~ + 220 ℃
Silicon rubber	VMQ	Heat-resistant, cold resistance, especially been used in high-speed rotation point. ( can not be used such in gasoline and water vaporthe.) Application temperature: -60 ℃ ~ + 250 ℃
Acrylic rubber	ACM	Oil resistance,heat resistance,  suitable for the lubricant of gear oil ortorque converter oil etc,. Application temperature: -10 ℃ ~ + 170 ℃
Chlorosulfonated polyethylene  (Hypalon)	CSM	Heat resistance, oil resistance, acid resistance, chemical resistance,weather resistance. Strong mechanical strength and is suitable with the lubricating oil at high aniline point. Application temperature: -25 ℃ ~ + 130 ℃
Styrene rubber	SBR	Commonly been used for animal and vegetable oil or other special oil .with good elasticity, but bad at mineral oil resistance. Application temperature: -40 ℃ ~ + 120 ℃
Butyl rubber	IIR	With superior chemical resistance, small permeability,difficult to be affected by ozone or oxygen, suitable for such packing because of the very large swelling in mineral oil. Application temperature: -30 ℃ ~ + 130 ℃
4 Fluorinated  ethylene resin  (Teflon)	PTFE	Heat resistance, cold resistance, chemical resistance, can be used under conditions that  the current synthetic rubber do not work. Application temperature: -80 ℃ ~ + 260 ℃
