With Easy Recognition Thanks to Eight Different TonesColor Hoses The Color Series Jet Hoses are fire hoses that come in eight easy-to-distinguish colors. Besides the eight standard colors, the hoses can be made to order in clear finish or custom colors. Features The distinct colors make it easy to divide and distinguish hoses according to, for example, place of use, purpose, or year of purchase. The colored polymer is absorbed deep into the jacket so colors won’t wash out, or become faded or altered over time through exposure to ultraviolet rays. Surface coating effectively boosts the abrasion resistance of the hose.

Eco-Mark Environment-Preserving Fire HosesEco Series The environmentally friendly Eco Series has a hose jacket made partly of fibers from recycled plastic bottles. With today’s need for increasing environmental awareness and action, choosing the Eco Series Jet Hoses means helping make society greener. Features Approximately 110 plastic bottles (500-ml size) go into the making of one Eco Series hose. This product has been granted Japan’s Eco-mark label in recognition of its environmental friendliness. The use of recycled plastic bottles is not the only feature of the Eco Series. Using only slightly more material than our previous product, this hose offers a dramatic improvement in abrasion resistance. Large-volume Water-supply Hoses These safe and secure large-diameter hoses offer high performance and high quality. With a design concept emphasizing ease-of-use, we have developed large-diameter hoses and a system for extending and retracting them. Ashimori’s large-diameter hoses can be used not only in times of emergency but are also useful for non-emergency work such as temporary construction.
Features Can supply large volumes of water over long distances. Urethane-based plastic on the inner and outer hose surfaces provides superior wear and weather resistance. Coating on the inner and outer surfaces prevents water absorption and soiling, making cleaning and maintenance easier. Safe and secure pressure-resistant design is made to prevent the hose from bursting during use. The hose extension/retraction system fully retracts the hose so as to prevent hose deterioration during storage.

Hose Protectors: Korin, Korin II
Made to Gently Absorb Impact, the Korin II Comes in Two Types: the Self-Illuminating Standard Reflective Type, and the Luminescent Type. Besides gently absorbing impact in order to prevent damage to the hose-like jacket and lining at the hardware attachment joint, the two-threaded, 16-faced prism reflective line effectively reflects light, making it easy to see where the hose is and thus preventing vehicles from driving over the hose or other night-time accidents.
